- Function:
A professional Service Technician that can diagnose and repair agricultural equipment. Position requires working knowledge of diesel engine repair, air conditioning system diagnostics, powertrain diagnostics and repair, tractor and combine hydraulic and electrical systems, along with familiarity of farming practices and equipment. - Responsiblilties:
Will work for the Service Manager of the branch, representing the company in a product support role. Ongoing professional training at local, regional and national level will be provided to ensure a good understanding of the machinery diagnostics and repair procedures. Performance will be measured in terms of recovery rates and quality of repairs. This is a fulltime job, requiring overtime in the busy seasons of use. - Qualifications:
Position requires that technician has their own tools. Applicant must be able to pass a drug test and have a clean DMV record.
Training may include up to two one-week out of town trips for attending factory service training.
